I had such a beautiful time teaching a hands-on class where we created custom bath soaks and sugar scrubs infused with the healing power of aromatherapy. From choosing the perfect essential oils to blending natural ingredients with intention, it was amazing to see everyone connect with the art of self-care and holistic wellness.

Teaching workshops like this fills me with so much joy. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I love, and even more grateful for the incredible people who show up with curiosity, creativity, and open hearts. Your energy and support mean the world to me.

I’m still glowing from the amazing salve-making class I had the joy of teaching! We explored the magic of herbal-infused oils, blended nourishing ingredients, and added the beautiful touch of aromatherapy to create deeply healing, all-natural salves for the body and soul.

Sharing this kind of hands-on, heart-centered herbal wisdom is truly one of my greatest passions. I love creating a space where people can learn, connect, and leave feeling empowered with knowledge they can use in their daily lives.
