Hi, I’m Jade, the founder of Inner Apothecary. My journey to becoming a holistic life coach and herbalist started with my own struggle for survival, healing, and transformation. For many years, I dealt with the effects of childhood abuse and toxic relationships, thinking I was doomed to repeat those patterns. However, by doing deep inner work, embracing holistic healing, and facing my truth, I broke free from generational trauma and began to rewrite my story. At Inner Apothecary, I combine life coaching with my education in herbalism to provide a complete approach to healing, one that supports the mind, body, and spirit. I help clients reconnect with themselves through mindful practices, balanced nutrition, movement, and plant-based support, creating harmony from within.
